Application process and forms

Following a recent increase in demand for grants, we are pleased to advise that we are now accepting applications throughout the year. Click here for our Grants Programme leaflet.

Please ensure that you are eligible to apply and that your request does not appear in the list of what we will not support (see full Guidelines).

STAGE 1: Please send a brief email to, detailing
i) a short paragraph about your school and current Classics provision if any;
ii) what you want to do;
iii) a rough budget for the work; and
iv) a contact email and telephone numbers.

STAGE 2: We will get in touch with you to discuss your proposal. If you are invited to apply, you will be asked to complete our cover sheet, application form (including budget), and work plan.
