On Wednesday 30 November, Classics for All presented an evening with Professor Mary Beard, in conversation with Classics for All’s Chairman, Jimmy Mulville.

Mary discussed her personal classics journey, her experience of being a woman in classics, key influences on her life and career, and the contemporary relevance of classics now - and its future. An audience Q&A followed, giving guests the opportunity to put their burning questions to Mary.

Please note: due to a technical issue, the recording begins five minutes into the evening.
